About the Role

* Ensuring that recommendations to higher authorities meet quality standards, applying your delegated authority in line with our risk appetite, and achieving timely application turnaround.
* Fostering positive relationships with both internal and external customers, making this a highly rewarding position for the right candidate.
About You
You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit risk assessment and the application of lending delegation.
Your strong knowledge of commercial Equipment Finance products, policies, credit processes, and regulatory codes sets you apart.
You have a proven track record of maintaining robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and your clear, balanced communication style enables you to effectively explain and rationalise credit decisions while preserving these relationships.
Your ability to conduct thorough credit analysis for both individuals and business entities, coupled with your analytical thinking, allows you to identify and resolve complex situations efficiently.
With your strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail, you ensure high-quality outcomes in all your tasks.
