The Opportunity: CSR are currently Seeking a dedicated Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead our Gyprock Warehouse Afternoon Team based in Wetherill Park. Drive Transformation. About the role: Lead the charge in operational excellence, driving a continuous improvement culture by collaborating with teams and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. Elevate safety, team performance, and customer service, balancing operational excellence with commercial viability through a strategic, prioritized approach to continuous improvement. Ensure seamless inventory control, optimizing handovers between manufacturing and warehousing to maintain accurate stock levels, efficient location management, and flawless order fulfillment. Set the benchmark for performance, defining and implementing key KPIs with robust tracking and reporting to drive accountability and success. Build a high-performance culture, empowering teams to take full ownership of their responsibilities, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset. About you: 3 years of experience in warehouse and transport operations, with a strong understanding of logistics processes. Proven track record of driving and implementing change within a dynamic logistics environment. Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS) highly desirable. Demonstrated success in delivering tactical logistics improvements, optimizing efficiency, and enhancing operational performance. Hands-on, results-driven mindset, with the ability to lead from the front, solve problems proactively, and drive continuous improvement.
