This will include compiling and formatting bid documents, such as tender submissions, capability statements, presentations and supporting collateral (project sheets, resumes etc). Additionally, this role will help maintain a database of past bids, client information and feedback to improve future submissions. The Bid Coordinator will also support the firm’s client development strategies when required, creating dynamic marketing materials, supporting innovative business development campaigns, key events and beyond. This position will work closely with the Senior Bid Coordinator, Business Development Team, Principals, and Shared Services to ensure that all submissions are comprehensive, competitive and align with Buchan’s strategic goals. Responsibilities: Submission coordination and production Coordinate and support client outreach, B2B events and meet and greet activities for consultants and other industry partners as required.
