In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community palliative care and support the in-patient unit to achieve the same. As the Advanced Nurse Unit Manager, you will lead a passionate and highly functioning team, ensuring that our consumers in the northern suburbs of Adelaide receive world-class palliative care.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, external stakeholders, and community partners to enhance the quality of life for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
