The Role In this role, you will work closely with the accounting team and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining the client relationship management and electronic document management systems Lodging tax returns via the ATO portal Submitting corporate secretarial documents to ASIC Managing and prioritizing daily office tasks Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional manner Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings Performing reception duties Keeping accurate records and files Providing administrative support to team members as needed Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, ideally in an accounting firm Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Professional presentation and excellent relationship management abilities The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges A strong interest in learning accounting administration tasks This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you will interact directly with both clients and accountants, making exceptional communication and team collaboration essential.
