YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and expanding an existing customer portfolio in the Healthcare industry across Western Metro/region territory in Victoria. By introducing new products and ensuring the continuous satisfaction of existing customers, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering our market share consistently achieving sales KPIs and targets.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders across the business spectrum.
* Uphold the satisfaction of existing clientele through the delivery of top-tier products and services.
* Enhance our market presence within customer businesses by promoting a broader range of products.
* Champion the holistic value of our services, ensuring customers appreciate the benefits beyond just product offerings and pricing.
ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, prior experience within the Healthcare sector, especially emphasizing the technical and educational aspects, is highly desirable. While experience related to continence care or similar fields can be advantageous, what matters most is your ability to champion our products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key qualifications and skills:
* Exceptional communication skills
* A solid history in account management and sales
* The ability to establish trust, cultivate relationships, ideate solutions, and expand sales opportunities
* An independent spirit coupled with adept organizational and time management proficiencies
* Mastery in computer applications, notably Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and CRM systems
