About the role We are seeking a talented and energetic Junior Project Manager to join our growing team at the ANZ Domino's Support Office in Hamilton QLD. As a part of the ANZ Construction & Leasing Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering multiple construction projects within our markets throughout Australia & New Zealand. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the overall success of our company.What you'll be doing Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish, primarily QSR store refurbishmentsDrive & manage an ongoing pipeline of store refurbishment and brand refreshing across Australia & New ZealandCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, site supervisors, & multiple internal departments to ensure project objectives are metCoordinate store plans, designs and consultant plans & documentation as required.Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as neededMaintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and status reportsCommunicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure a smooth project deliveryContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practicesTravel to Project sites across Australia & New Zealand to conduct physical site audits and completion defect inspections & reportsWhat we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in a Junior Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role, preferably in the construction or client side project management industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions autonomouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsProficient in using project management software and tools, such as JIRAFamiliarity with construction industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standardsProactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work & increase skill baseThe ability to juggle multiple projects and respond within short timeframesProblem solving abilities with a can do attitudeWhat we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonusOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and inclusive work environmentWork-life balance initiatives, such as flexible scheduling and remote work optionsAbout us Domino's Pizza Enterprises is a leading ASX listed company within the retail sector.
