This exciting part-time casual opportunity is for an experienced Payroll officer with a minimum 2 years' experience.
This position would be ideal for an experienced bookkeeper looking for a new client or someone returning to the workforce after a break.
You will assist in processing the weekly payroll using the MYOB system. Current or prior experience with this system will be highly advantageous.
Located in Perth this 3 day a week (10 hour working week, Monday to Wednesday) offers flexibility of working from home and the office. This position will also cover leave.
As Payroll Officer your position will have a strong customer service focus, along with primarily assisting in the processing of payroll.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the weekly labour hire contractor payroll.General accounts support including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, BAS and Payroll Tax reporting. Banking and Bank reconciliations.Accurate and efficient data entry skills and processing into an accounting package – MYOBIntermediate MYOB knowledge.Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Suite (with special emphasis on Microsoft Excel knowledge)Attention to detailGeneral Administration duties as instructedYou will:
