About the role:
You'll have the opportunity to work with designer bathroom products and fittings in a well-established national retail chain.

The Opportunity:
1. Complete store managerial duties including banking, budgets and rosters
2. Consistently achieve sales, store and personal KPI targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
3. Action staff hiring, promotions and disciplinary procedures (where required)
4. Ensure thorough induction and training for all new staff members
5. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a fully stocked store
6. Manage all issues arising from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
7. Manage trade accounts for store (if applicable)
8. Manage stocktaking and stock control for store
9. Manage the receipt and distribution of shipments
10. Maintain showroom and warehouse ensuring it is kept clean & safe at all times
11. Reporting and sales management
12. Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company WH&S standards
13. Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures
What you will need:
14. Manual Driver's License advantageous
15. Management experience in the retail sector is preferred (plumbing or interior sales advantageous)
16. Experience in managing and meeting KPI's
17. Good level of computer literacy and MS applications
18. Ability to build effective working relationships
19. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
20. Staff and Customer management skills
21. Strong organisational skills
