HR Partners is partnering with a global organisation for a proactive and hardworking People & Culture Coordinator eager to take on a new challenge and make a real impact.In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with the HR Manager and business partners across ANZ to:Manage all employee data and updates in our HR systems and recordsMaintain and promote reward, recognition, and development programsOversee recruitment and onboarding, including issuing contracts, conducting inductions, and providing buddy supportBe the first point of contact for any people-related queries, referencing HR policies, processes, Fair Work Awards, and agreementsCommunicate important company activities, such as anniversaries, surveys, performance reviews, and wellness initiativesPrepare people-related reports for monthly updatesLead engagement initiatives to foster a positive company cultureTake charge of WHS duties, including managing injuries, workers' compensation, return-to-work programs, and updates to policies and licenses.Ideal candidate will have:3 years of HR Admin/ HR Coordinator experience preferably across a mixed workforce.Familiarity with Workday HRISStrong ability to build relationships and offer excellent support to internal stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving outcomesDemonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solvingIf you are ready to make a meaningful impact and have the passion, experience, and drive we're looking for, we encourage you to apply today.At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
