Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Company: National building services contractor
We are a leading provider of building services across commercial, healthcare, retail, data centre, infrastructure, and defence sectors.
Our team is currently involved in several major projects across Australia within the infrastructure, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
Over the past 2 years, we have undergone a strategic development and implementation of our processes and risk management procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting into the contracts director, you will assist in reviewing contracts for risk and suitable preferred terms.
* Collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders, including project managers, project directors, and construction managers across all departments on large bids and variations to works.
Requirements:
* 3-7 years' experience as a contracts administrator.
* Degree qualified in a commercial or construction discipline.
* Experience in reviewing construction contracts.
* Building services contractor experience (desirable).
* Builder, civil, and cost consultancy experience (will also be considered).
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
This Opportunity:
* Exciting opportunity for either a CA (or QS) with 3-7 years' experience in the construction industry.
