About the Role Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department. You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, from onboarding new employees to ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy will be key to succeeding in this role. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparation of contracts and documentation. Conduct employee orientation to ensure new hires feel welcome and well-informed Assist with audits and reporting as required Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and manage other HR-related tasks. Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
