Due to our ongoing success and growth, we are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors for our newly appointed Civil Earthworks Project.
To be considered for this position as a Maintenance Supervisor you must possess the following as a minimum:
* Australian Manual Driver's Licence
* Australian recognised Trade Certificate
* Tickets: White Card, Section 26 (essential)
* Extensive experience in a senior capacity within the Civil or Mining FIFO sectors
* Familiarity with Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
* Strong financial understanding and acumen
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Managing, leading and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel
* Ensuring optimal utilisation of fleet to limit downtime
* Continually streamlining mobile plant maintenance activities
* Implementing best maintenance practices and procedures
* Developing and providing reports to Project Management
* Maintaining a high level of safety standards
