YOUR ROLE
We’re seeking Expressions of Interest for WFI Client Service Consultants for future intakes across Bunbury, Perth, Toowoomba, Bendigo, Adelaide and Melbourne.
You’ll be operating in a team environment and will need a high level of communication, empathy and resilience. In return, you’ll be part of an engaging team that make a difference to the local communities.
You’ll work full time from our WFI office and will be required to work Monday to Friday. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered after the 6-month probation period subject to business requirements. Note: To work from home, you’ll need: high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.

These are full time 12-month max-term positions with the potential to go perm for the right candidates. You’ll be working 5 days across Monday to Friday.
ABOUT YOU
4. Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
5. Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
6. Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
7. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and good attention to detail
8. Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary)
9. Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary)
