We are seeking applications from Track Machine Specialists who have experience working on Australian rail projects to become part of our team.
The project:
Martinus Rail is recruiting experienced Track Machine Operators/Maintainers to work on some of Australia's biggest rail projects. It is a FIFO/DIDO role with a family-friendly roster mainly operating out of NSW under the ARTC network.
Daily Duties:
1. Operating Tamper/Regulators (Plasser experience essential)
2. Mechanical checks/repairs
3. Before and after track measurements
4. Duty logs/coordination of ballast train
5. Updating daily diaries with supervisor & machine pre-starts

To be successful you will need to hold/obtain:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Track Machine Operator on Tampers and Regulators
2. If a maintainer, you will need a Trade Certificate in either Heavy Diesel, Mechanical, Electrical or relevant apprenticeship
3. Cert II Rail Infrastructure
4. Construction Card (white/blue)
5. Ability to pass a Category 1 Rail Medical and drug and alcohol screening
6. Full C Class Driving licence
