Temporary Finance Officer Role – Customer Refunds & Stripe Transactions Support Are you a detail-driven professional with strong organisational skills?
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team on a 3 month contract to support key operations in customer refunds, gift cards, and Stripe transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Process customer refunds, issue and cancel gift cards as needed.
Serve as the point of contact for operational staff, offering guidance on customer queries related to Stripe transactions Generate and manage reports detailing the status of queries, refund requests, and any other financial transactions.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Perform a variety of finance administration tasks, including maintaining financial records, reconciling transactions, and assisting with other ad-hoc financial duties as directed by the Accounting Manager.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, offering administrative and financial support to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: Experience in Finance Administration (or similar roles) preferred.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Accounting background is a plus, but not essential.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
