The role:
In accordance with established policies, guidelines and procedures, the Administrative Assistant:
1. Provides reception, administrative and clerical support services to the Assessment and Case Management Services (ACMS) Unit including an appropriate intake and referral function and general information distribution service to individuals, service providers and the wider community regarding aged care assessment, community options and related services.
2. Maintains and facilitates the efficient flow of administrative information for all relevant staff and service providers.

Details of Appointment
Multiple Permanent full time or part time, day worker positions working 76hours per fortnight, commencing from September 2023.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
6. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $62,257 - 66,917 per annum (pro-rata) + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
