Within this position, you will work as a member of the perioperative team by supporting and supervising theatre personnel to prepare the operating theatre environment for procedures.At Waverley Private Hospital, we have 7 operating theatres, offering a diverse caseload, with specialties including but not limited to orthopaedics, plastics, ENT, general surgery, breast and endocrine, gynaecological, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, oral & maxillofacial surgery, pain management and vascular surgery.Your Skills and ExperiencesTwo years minimum experience within an operating theatre essential.Certificate IV in Operating Theatre Technician Practice/Health Services Assistant or equivalent will also be essential.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Comfortable working in a diverse team.The flexibility to work a rotating roster will be key to this role.Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $32.88 - $38.04 + superannuation based on experience and qualifications.
