Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and inspire a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Service Operations: Manage the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, repairs, diagnostics, parts ordering, and workshop workflow. Quality Control: Ensure all service work is performed to the highest quality standards and in line with manufacturer guidelines and dealership expectations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service operations, increase productivity, and enhance customer experience. Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to the dealership management team on service department performance, issues, and customer feedback. Qualifications: Knowledge of automotive systems, service procedures, and industry best practices. Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with automotive service software and diagnostic tools.
