The Property Service Operations and Housing Branch within Infrastructure Canberra is seeking a suitably qualified individual to work on a team of talented professionals managing the fire maintenance capabilities used across ACT Government properties. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Mandatory: Hold Specialist trade and technical experience and qualifications in the Fire Maintenance, or Fire Services Field, or Hold a relevant professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management, or accreditation with a professional body recognised within Australia, or Hold a relevant building degree, or Have significant building or Infrastructure knowledge and/or project management experience. In addition, applicants must: Hold or have the capacity to obtain White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Silica awareness training; Hold a current driver’s licence (car). qualification/s in Procurement / Contract management / Work Health and Safety are highly desirable. Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 September 2025 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
