We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1 / 2 IT support across software (primarily Microsoft) and hardware.The role is based in Brisbane but will be supporting multiple office sites so a driving license is essential for ad-hoc travel.Role Overview :You will deliver technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain IT systems across various healthcare sites.The role requires travel within a designated area, so you must be self-driven, able to work independently, and manage your time efficiently.Key Responsibilities :Provide Level 1 / 2 support for Microsoft software (e.g., Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory) and hardware issues.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PCs, printers.Perform system updates, software installations, and hardware configurations.Travel to multiple sites and ensure timely end user support.Work independentlyRequirements :Experience in IT support, particularly with Microsoft systems (Windows 10 / 11, Office 365, Active Directory) and hardware.Basic networking knowledgeExperience with fixes across hardware eg. Printers, laptopsExperience working with ticketing systems (ITIL)Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
