THE ROLE As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the correct processes are followed, leading to optimal business performance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and regulations. Prepare required reports within deadlines. Verify and address timekeeping discrepancies with employees/supervisors. Respond to employee payroll queries promptly. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate financial records. Stay updated on payroll laws and ensure compliance.
