Associate - DSE High Growth Emerging Corporate MelbourneBanking - Business (Banking & Financial Services)Full timeAssociate - DSE High Growth Emerging Corporate, MelbourneYou'll join a high-performing business, backing talented individualsWe win in the right way, which is always putting our customers firstFull time opportunity based in Melbourne CBDIn this role, a typical day for you will include:Provide support to Associate Director DS&E, Senior Associate DS&E and Relationship Banking Teams for Diversified Transactions Debt Size >20mil – 100mil.Provide financial and risk analysis, with detailed complex lending submissions of high quality.Ensure that all group exposures have been accurately assessed, with support from Associate Director DS&E and Senior Associate DS&E as required.Ensure that a commercial approach is evident, to protect both clients and the Bank.Gather the correct and appropriate information from customers and the Relationship Team.Assist Relationship Team, Customer at discussion stage to put together structures, facilities, term sheets/New Deal Advice'sResponsibilities:Analyse and prepare detailed Lending Submissions in conjunction with the High Growth and Emerging Corporate Relationship Banking Teams, Senior Associate DS&E and Associate Director DS&E.Completion of all formal New to Bank, Increased and Annual Review submissions for exposures classified within the HGEC exposures.File activities include:Preparation of Client Evaluation.Industry and Benchmarking Analysis.Financial Analysis including Sensitivities.Primary & Secondary Exit Analysis.Risk rating management to ensure correct risk profile is reflected.Involvement in customer meetings with Relationship Team.Coaching, mentoring and development of peer Associate DS&E and Relationship Team.Analysing and researching a wide range of Diversified Industries.Proactively manage risk and meet all policy and compliance requirements.Manage and fulfil Relationship Tasks for Bankers and Customers.Contribute to Revenue and ROE growth in line with PU.Risk and compliance management in line with PU.What you will bring:Ideally 1-3 years' experience in deal structuring and execution and/or similar related experience within banking and financial services.Ability to interact, influence and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills (both written and verbal).Demonstrated experience in providing commercial and pragmatic solutions to complex problems.Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.A passion for customer service and experience.Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired).If you are an individual who loves problem solving, can take initiative and produce results while working collaboratively and autonomously, we'd love to hear from you!A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
