The Role
Our client is on the lookout for a superstar Branch Administrator to join their high performing team. You will be part of a small, close-knit team, and will be responsible for the following:
1. Assist in managing invoicing and receipting purchase orders.
2. Undertake weekly reporting of KPIs and other reporting as directed.
3. Reporting and administrative support in business analysis
4. Reconciling & updating existing customer contracts
5. Some report creation and analysis of KPIs for techs, service advisors and customer sales
6. Basic spread sheeting and use of the ERP system
7. Occasional travel to sunshine and interstate (pre-arranged)
8. Adhoc assistance to the sales & operations teams
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
9. Be an office all-rounder type, happy to work in a small team or autonomously.
10. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
11. Demonstrated ability in reporting and the use of an ERP systems.
12. A flexible and adaptive working approach
13. Strong problem-solving skills with a background in business analytics an advantage!
14. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
15. Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
16. Experience working with a mobile workforce or in a similar environment is desirable!
