Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing accurate, efficient, and quality service.
* Maintaining strong relationships with customers and resolving any issues or concerns.
* Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
* Managing a shared inbox and supporting our sales representative team as needed.
* Collaborating with our customer service team and other departments.
* Performing accurate data and order entry to ensure smooth processing.
* Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
* Providing product guidance, knowledge, and support to pharmacy teams.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong technical skills, with experience using SAP, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Life Science/Medical industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work well in a team.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* The willingness and ability to learn.

* $65,000 - $72,000 per annum.

* A rotating schedule of AM to PM and 10am to PM, Monday to Friday.
