Job Description
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a small, dedicated team of five customer service professionals. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth task allocation, customer service excellence, and overall team efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team management with essential administrative duties.
o Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of five.
o Task Allocation: Use the CRM system to assign jobs to team members, ensuring the work flow is managed efficiently.
o Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the team handles customer inquiries professionally, following up on invoicing and job details, and ensuring accuracy in all communications.
o Inbox Management: Oversee the team's inbox, ensuring timely responses and task completion.
o Invoicing: Help with the verification and follow-up of invoicing details, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
The Successful Applicant
o Team Management Experience: A proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams. We're looking for someone who can foster a collaborative, positive, and efficient work environment.
o Customer Service Expertise: Strong experience in customer service, particularly within the industrial or building industries.
o Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the building or industrial sectors is highly beneficial but not required.
o Organisational Skills: Ability to oversee tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth operations across the team.
o Resilient and Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a flexible approach to challenges.
o Tech-Savvy: Proficient with technology relevant to the role.
