The Installations Coordinator is responsible for scheduling 60+ installations every week and organizing the day-to-day for installers and customers. This role is heavily focused on relationship management with our large database of contractors, and the Installations Coordinator will be working underneath our National Operations Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesConfirming future availability of install teamsRescheduling appointments for the week/day directly with customersRecruiting electricians and plumbers nationallyAnswering inbound telephone calls & texts with our customers, installers, and nationwide sales teamsRegular confirmations & rearrangement negotiationsResolving issues as they ariseReaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated customers and contractorsExperience & Attributes:Minimum 2+ years relevant experience (scheduling, project management, BDM)Customer service experienceCharm and persuasion - you will need to be able to get your way.The ability to multitaskEffective problem solvingA real self-starterExcellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize.Tech Savvy and commercially astuteMake the SMART Move and APPLY NOW
