Job Description
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that stock levels are maintained efficiently, and productivity is maximized. This will involve:
* Designing and implementing procedures to maintain optimal stock levels
* Conducting regular cycle counts and generating reports on stock movement, turnover rates, and cost analysis
* Driving Lean initiatives to streamline inventory management and reduce waste
* Ensuring adherence to quality standards and legislative safety requirements
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Significant experience in management within warehousing or supply chain
* Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
* A solid analytical approach to generating reports and making data-driven decisions
* Commercial Insight: ability to make cost-effective decisions and propose process improvements
