Our Assurance team is expanding and we're looking for a Communications Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Assurance team brings our purpose to life by working collaboratively with Transformation team members, leading initiatives such as maintaining the Transformation website, creating content and training materials as required.
You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Audit, communication and strategic thinking.Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Stakeholder and brand management.Strategy development.Content creation and message simplification.Administrative support.In our Assurance team, your impact will be seen by:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, Project Management and Assurance Communications to ensure cohesive and coordinated communication efforts.Developing and implementing strategic change & communications plans to support the NGA and Transformation program's objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Creating and overseeing the production of high-quality, engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, and Viva Engage.Managing offshore team members ensuring they have a portfolio of work, helping manage their time, coaching on tasks, etc.Being a point of consultation to advise other team members on best practice communications and channels available for rollout of transformation initiatives.Ensuring all communications adhere to corporate brand guidelines and effectively convey the NGA and Transformation program's vision and purpose.Translating complex ideas into clear, concise messaging for diverse audiences.Managing the delivery of multiple project streams concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.Remaining calm when under pressure, adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Managing team administration tasks such as onboarding packs, team chart, Teams channel, Transformation mailbox, and farewell kudoboards.About PwC
