Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Support Officer with HR experience to assist in the coordination and execution of IT projects while also supporting HR-related functions. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in both IT project support and HR administration, ensuring smooth project delivery and effective people management practices. Key Responsibilities: IT Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update project documentation. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for project stakeholders. Maintain project management tools and ensure accurate data entry. Support in testing and implementation of IT systems, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Assist in communication between IT teams, business units, and vendors. Ensure compliance with IT project governance frameworks and best practices. HR Support: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and training initiatives for IT team members. Maintain HR records related to IT staff, including contracts, performance evaluations, and training logs. Assist in employee engagement initiatives within the IT department. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures within IT projects. Support workforce planning and resource allocation for IT projects. Key Skills & Experience: Essential: Experience in IT project support and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Desirable: HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) or IT project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP). Experience in IT workforce planning and resource allocation. Understanding of IT systems and digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
