The Company
This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking Managed Service Provider showing continual growth in a frequently evolving market. You will be based onsite for one of their clients who are a market leader in the civil engineering and construction industry.
This role will be located across 3 different sites including Southbank (3 days a week), Spotswood (1 day a week) and South Dandenong (1 day a week).
The Role
In this high energy role, you will be joining an impressive team to provide face-to-face desktop support to on-site end users. You will help to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of different systems whilst providing exceptional customer service. There may also be a requirement for you to travel to other regional sites on an adhoc basis, with any costs being covered by the company.
Your Skills & Experience
1. Proficiency in Office 365.
2. Knowledge of Windows 10/11.
3. Experience with mobile device management for iOS.
4. Familiarity with Service Now or similar incident management systems.
5. Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
6. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols with VC Systems
7. Proficiency in remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol).
8. Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers).
9. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
10. Experience with software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
11. Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Relevant certifications/ Degree (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Administrator Associate).
13. Previous experience in a similar onsite support role.
