Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring that daily demand requirements at customer sites are met efficiently and accurately. This involves working closely with logistics teams and transportation providers to streamline operations, maintain detailed records, and ensure timely deliveries. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and the satisfaction of our customers.What you will be doingSchedule product movements based on manufacture capability and carrier availability to meet customer site demands.Handle various administrative tasks such as processing delivery dockets and road freight orders, invoicing, and managing stock movements across different systems.Work directly with manufacturing plants and carriers to resolve schedule changes and address regional requirements.Maintain relationships with carriers to meet regional needs and support the delivery of Business Management and Supply Chain strategy within the region.Maintain a strong focus on safety by driving best practices, ensuring full compliance, and keeping transportation documents well-organized.Support inventory reconciliation across the region while minimizing logistics and storage costs.What you will bringMinimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics and distribution roles, including scheduling activities.Exceptional communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficient in computer skills, with experience in SAP or similar systems, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Demonstrates resilience and flexibility, adapting well to change and adversity.Strong teamwork capabilities.What we offerAs part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
