Travel Industry Finance Manager - WFH Seeking an experienced Finance Manager from the travel industry who ideally has experience with Tramada.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
Collaborate with external partners on reporting, compliance, and tax matters.
Develop strategies to improve financial performance and support business growth.
Provide financial insights to guide decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
Work across departments to align financial goals with broader business objectives.
Lead the finance team, fostering development and maintaining strong financial controls.
Skills and Experience: Broad financial knowledge gained as a Finance Manager or similar, ideally within the travel industry Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Tramada and Xero The package: A very competitive salary package of circa $100,000 - $120,000 + super depending on experience The opportunity for a largely WFH role
