Your Responsibilities:
1. Provide Quality Nursing Care: Assess and plan care for our residents, ensuring their needs are met at the highest standard.
2. Lead and Supervise Staff: Act as a role model, providing coaching and mentoring where required.
3. Maintain a Resident-Focused Approach: Ensure that all interactions with residents and families are empathetic, compassionate and respectful.
4. Assist in Coordination and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to maintaining a quality system and strive for continuous improvement in our services.
5. Delegate Tasks Appropriately: Lead from the front and delegate tasks effectively among care support team members.
Your Qualifications:
* Over 1 Year Experience: As a Registered Nurse in Aged Care.
* Tertiary Qualification: In Nursing (or equivalent).
* Current Registration: With AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead your colleagues and build effective relationships with residents and their families.
* Clinical Documentation: Proficiency in clinical documentation in line with nursing competency standards.
