The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Team. For the right candidate, this role can be based out of our Brooklyn, VIC office or our Kings Park, NSW office.
Reporting into the National Sales Manager - Retail, you will be a key member of the Sales team, where you will be responsible for supporting key accounts whilst assisting and maintaining strategic business relationships within new and existing accounts with a focus on driving sales growth and margin improvement.
Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling issues, and providing solutions.
* Prepare regular sales reports, track sales performance, and provide insights to the sales team.
* Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels and delivery schedules.
* Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers.
* Ensure all sales-related documentation is properly filed and organised for easy access.
* Collect and relay customer feedback to the sales team to improve products and services.
* Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure activities achieve our overarching business vision, mission, and objectives, on time and within budget.
This role is a hybrid work arrangement, covering 3 days in office and 2 days from home once 3 months have passed.

This role requires:
* Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong account management, and relationship building skills
* Experience in SAP ERP systems
* Intermediate to advanced MS Word/Excel and Outlook skills
* Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
* Highly self-motivated and can work autonomously
* Be customer focused on daily activities
* Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
* Current Drivers Licence
