The work is highly varied and covers diverse policy areas, including education, early childhood, health and community safety.
You will be involved in all aspects of our engagements, including working closely with principals and directors to:design research methodologiesconduct qualitative research and analysisfacilitate stakeholder consultationswrite reports and present findings.About youTo be considered for this position, you mustbe self-driven, inquisitive, and a problem solver by naturebe proactive and enjoy thinking critically to deliver innovative solutionshave excellent written and verbal communication skillsenjoy leading and working collaboratively with othershave a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (i.e., policy, humanities, government administration), with Honours or higher degrees viewed favourablybetween 3 to 5 years of experience analysing policy in government, consulting or research organisationsexperience in preparing government reports and briefings is highly regarded.Over time, your experience and expertise will evolve, and we will encourage you to grow in your role and expand your responsibilities.Who we areACIL Allen Pty Ltd is a large independent Australian owned economics and policy consultancy.
