If you enjoy working in a supportive kitchen environment and being part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!What we offerEnjoy free onsite parking.We hear you; we see you and we reward you – with fantastic recognition initiatives.Joining a global company allows for opportunities across many Australian and international resorts, airports, and stadiums.What will you do?Commis Chef:Assist in food preparation and cooking to maintain high-quality standards.Ensure consistency in presentation and portion control.Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.Assist with stock rotation and kitchen inventory management.Support the Head Chef and kitchen team as needed.Kitchen Steward:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.Assist with waste management and disposal.Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when required.Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health standards.More about youCommis Chef:Experience as a Commis Chef.Minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification.Solid background in kitchen operations.A passion for food and creative flair.Comfortable and skilled to be left alone in a kitchen.Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costs.Flexible with shifts, available to work mornings, days, and nights, including weekends.Kitchen Steward:Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward/Attendant is desirable.Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain during onboarding.Strong communication skills.Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment.Flexible with shifts, available to work mornings, days, and nights, including weekends.
