The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Applications Specialist to join our Technology Team. This key role will support Application Specialists, business system users, and technology across a range of critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve issues, incidents, change requests, enhancements, and development within key business applications
* Provide Subject Matter Expertise for key applications for end-users and Merivale staff
* Diagnose and resolve technical and user-identified issues or defects with predefined solutions
* Analyse and provide advice on design and implementation activities relating to assigned applications
* Support the implementation of new Business Applications
* Install and Maintain Software & Hardware
* Prepare documentation to support new business applications
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in a technical support role
* Interest in business applications and how they can be best utilised
* Relevant tertiary qualifications an advantage
* Database knowledge including MS SQL desirable
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Internal and external stakeholder management specialist
* Customer service focus, with experience in Hospitality or Retail industries
