The OpportunityThe Senior Commercial Manager is accountable for establishing and implementing the commercial framework across all Defence Contracts and Tasking Statements. Ensuring all commercial risk is understood, documented, and managed appropriately to minimise impact to the Business and the CoA.What’s involvedEstablish and implement a Commercial/Contract Management Framework that adequately manages the Business Risk Profile.Develop a strong and effective network of personal relationships with existing and identified new customers, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders that positively enhances Austal’s position within the Australian Department of Defence and Defence Industry.Resolve commercial issues to ensure maximization of commercial performance for a relevant tasking Statement, aligned with the commercial strategy.
