Senior CRM Developer Local Peoples is seeking enthusiastic and talented Senior CRM Developer in the ACT to join our team as embedded members with our prestigious Government client. The Chief Information Officer Division (CIOD) provides a range of enabling services and operations delivery to the department and to Australian businesses and is seeking experienced and motivated CRM Developers to assist with the development of CRM modules within an existing Dynamics 365 Instance. Responsibilities: Develop a CRM/Power Apps Module/s and workflows from documented User Stories and Requirements to support the various stages of the regulatory compliance process. Configure CRM connectors/integrations to support data flows between various systems, including Azure SQL, the Department's finance system (TechOne) and the Departments Data Platform. Customize the layout, look and feel of the CRM interface to provide a user-friendly experience. Integrate various system components, apply secure coding practices, and conduct peer reviews of code and infrastructure. Deliver technical outcomes and develop and maintain Azure-based web API and portal applications to support legislative reporting requirements and new regulatory processes. Contribute to a multidisciplinary agile project team and provide input to technical design documentation. Perform leadership and mentoring tasks as needed. Essential Criteria: Technical (D365/PowerApps): Demonstrated (minimum 6 years) experience in the following: Developing and configuring D365/Power Apps Modules. Developing/configuring external data source connectors/integrations into D365. Configuring CRM workflows, Plugins and Cloud Flows. Create dashboards from documented User Stories/requirements. Configuring CRM Dashboards for various business consumers. Experience with Azure tools such as: KeyVault, Appinsights and App Services, API management. Comprehensive understanding of D365's security model, including security roles, field-level security, team-based security, and hierarchy-based security. Developing CRM Security models, access controls and role permissions, field permissions and Data migrations into CRM, including scripts and data migration tools. Technical (ancillary): Demonstrated (minimum 6 years) experience in the following: Experience with Azure services such as Azure, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus for creating cloud-native applications integrated with D365. Experience in Dataverse API integration and Power Automate flows background workflow plug-ins ASP.Net, .Net framework and C# development. Managing source control, builds and deployments using Azure DevOps Tracking and managing tasks in Azure DevOps SharePoint online. Demonstrated experience with Azure OpenAI Service. Ability to pragmatically change direction and scope as new information is identified. Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff. Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's skill development by sharing knowledge and best practices. Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for stakeholders and end-users. Residency and Clearance: Must have Baseline Clearance or be able to obtain one. Australian Citizen.
