We are looking for passionate candidates who have availability to work night shifts. Your duties will include:
Delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling.
Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.
Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community.
Building positive relationships with our clients.
Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable.
Requirements:
Prior experience will be highly regarded.
Availability for night shifts.
A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
