A normal day:
This is old-school sales, where face-to-face meetings and phone calls are your key tools of the trade. Currently, your employer feels they have left a lot of opportunities on the table because lately, they have been focused on delivering to clients that have been placing orders and not circling back after the work has been delivered. This means organisations such as large shopping centers that have had staff turnover are not being marketed to.
You will be visiting existing and potential clients in Victoria to wave the company flag.You'll be using your company car to visit Facilities Managers, Building maintenance managers, and the like who are involved in ordering line marking services.
Your back-of-house team will provide the quotes; your aim is to get more orders.
This is not a hard-sell style; it's about being present and showing that your employer is professional, so that when they are ready to buy, they think of you.Target markets include; Shopping centres, Manufacturing sites, car dealerships, universities, distribution and logistics companies, sporting venues and hospitals
You'll report on your daily findings to the sales Manager.
You'll know if you are successful by the number of increased orders from the companies you have visited.
