Based in Warrnambool, the salary is offered from $96,568 to $107,722 p.a. plus superannuation (pro-rata).Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doingOn a day-to-day basis, you'll:Provide effective leadership of our strategic planning and reporting including development of the 2025/2026 Corporate Plan.Oversee the 2024/2025 annual reporting process in association with contributors across the organisation.Develop an action plan and coordinate implementation of initiatives that mature our First Nations' portfolio, including internal and external engagement.Coordinate the reinvigoration of our Innovation Program and provide oversight of existing research and development activities and partnerships.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you’ll bringWe’re looking for someone with:Foundational understanding of key governance and strategy principles.Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline and/or post-graduate qualifications.Experience in translating strategic intent into action and implementation of innovative propositions.Strong verbal and written communication and excellent time management.Experience in navigating complex operational environments.For further details, see the position description available here.We look forward to hearing from you.
