About the Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has become available for someone to take a sneak peek at our Moranbah North operation while our HSEC Administrator goes on Maternity Leave. With the growth of our business currently there could be opportunities for ongoing work after this period.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work as part of a close, site-based project management team. Your primary duties will see you:
17. Management of controlled documents in Pegasus, SharePoint and INX;
18. Data Entry into INX, Pegasus including Incident reporting, Action plans and Risk Assessments
19. Management of the Mine Record;
20. Maintaining personnel site compliances (Coal Board Medicals, Standard 11, Site Inductions);
21. Daily and Monthly reporting to the Client;
22. Assisting HSEC Coordinators in the management of sick leave, injury management and return to work;
23. Inductions and Visitor Passes.
In addition, you will support the Development and Umbrella Site Administrators across a diverse range of tasks, including: accounts receivable, debtor management, payroll functions, accommodation bookings, invoicing and processing site timesheets.
Minimum skills and experience required:

25. Demonstrated site-based experience highly desirable;
26. Prior site compliance management preferred;
27. Finance administration experience desirable;
28. Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner;
29. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and expectations;
30. A proactive and positive attitude;
31. Business Administration Certificate (Advantageous);
32. Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Statement of Attainment desirable;
33. Valid Driver’s Licence
