Who will you be working with? This role reports to the Financial Controller.
Where is the position located? This is a full-time role based in Wetherill Park, NSW
What will your typical day look like?
1. Accounts Payable:
7. Matching PO & GRN to suppliers invoices. Any discrepancies to be followed up with purchasing / supplier & obtain revised invoice / credit notes (Stock, Non-stock);
8. Obtainapproval for any non PO expenses prior to submission for data entry;
9. Scan & submit creditors invoice / PO / GRN to TCS for inputting into ERP;
10. Review TCS data entry for accurateness & no invoices on hold;
11. Reconcile creditor statements monthly;
12. Respond & resolve AP queries in a timely manner;
13. Prepare payment batches, weekly & monthly as per terms agreed & obtain authorisation;
14. Payment details forwarded to TCS for inputting into ERP;
15. Maintain filing of electronic & paper-based documents.
2. Accounts Receivable:
16. Prepare customer remittances advices & bank statement for processing by Genpact;
17. Review Genpact's data entry for accuracy;
18. Ensure customer collections are within terms including co-ordinate collection activities between Sales team & Genpact
19. Weekly reviews with Genpact on their collection activities.
3. Cash Book:
20. Print daily bank statements;
4. Assist Financial Controller with month end reporting tasks & ad hoc reports:
21. Prepare month end reports
22. Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations & uploading to Blackline.
23. Any other duties directed by your manager.
5. Office:
24. Manage office/ factory stationery requirements;
25. Manage office/ factory kitchen requirements.
6. Commitment to Quality, Safety & Environmental requirements.
What do we want to know about you?
26. Accounts payable & receivable experience;
27. Effective organisational, multi-tasking & communication skills;
28. Strong computer skills & experience with Microsoft Office & ERP systems;
29. Oracle & Blackline experience advantageous.
