Job Description
The Sub-Regional Patient Access Manager will work closely with Executive Director Clinical Operations to further enhance sub-regional self-sufficiency through the optimisation of existing theatre and bed capacity, aligned with clinical capability frameworks.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support enhanced access to care across the Central Hume Region.
We are seeking a candidate with relevant health service management experience and skills in implementing and sustaining change in a healthcare environment.
Candidates should have strong collaboration skills, initiative, and innovative thinking, as well as familiarity with relevant enabling frameworks such as Department of Health Planned Surgery Reform Blueprint, Capability frameworks, and Health Services Plan.

The Central Hume catchment serves a community of around 90,000 across Northeast Victoria.
