The Allied Health Administration Officer, CALHN RAH is accountable for the efficient administrative support service to all Disciplines of the Allied Health Directorate. The role incorporates a broad range of administrative support including invoice and purchase order processing, ordering of catalogue and non- catalogue items, basic HR support, meeting support, database management, and general administrative support to the staff of the Allied Health Directorate as directed or requested by management. The role may include both back office and front office/ reception support for Allied Health outpatient clinics. Flexibility regarding duties may be required as position may provide support to Allied Health Outpatient Clinics RAH and Allied Health Administrative team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
