Join UQ Brisbane City and be part of UQ Venues Casual position with an hourly rate of $36.15 per hour, plus superannuation of 11.5% Multiple Casual Opportunities Based at the heart of Brisbane City, 308 Queen Street About This Opportunity We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer focused Concierge/Food and Beverage Attendants to support and deliver the service of food and beverages at UQ Brisbane City and provide an excellent customer experience. Staff are required to fulfil approx. 15 to 25 hours, with essential availability Monday to Friday with some weekend hours occasionally. Key responsibilities will include: Welcome guests, oversee venue guidelines, and provide excellent customer service. Prepare and clean coffee machines, set up meeting rooms, and assist event organisers. Serve food and beverages, manage stock, and handle event equipment setup and pack down. Maintain cleanliness of the venue and respond to email inquiries. About You Experience in a similar or related hospitality role. Current Responsible Service of alcohol (RSA) certificate. Food Safety Certificate. A positive attitude and customer driven focus. High standard of professionalism and excellent Customers Services Skills. A commitment to excellence of product and service. Teamwork skills. Ability to work independently.
