They import over 400 products and process into 2500+ items and deal with 40+ suppliers around the world. About The Opportunity
As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will ideally live in Sydney or the Central Coast and have a full work-from-home set-up.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Process and manage sales orders and quotes
Process payments and invoices
Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Conduct outbound sales efforts as directed and focus on upselling and cross-selling
About You
The successful candidate will have:
2+ years of customer service experience dealing with clients via phone/email
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Experience with office management software (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
Experience in manufacturing or related field (desirable)
You will also have:
A positive and customer-centric attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
An eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
