We are looking for an exceptional individual to report into the Go To Market Manager who will work closely with internal and external data collating analytical insights to provide and facilitate decision making and strategic planning that drive business objectives.
Pandora’s Marketing Analyst Specialist will be the gate keeper of all customer and brand data for ANZ. As an invaluable member of the commercial business team, you will demonstrate strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to engage, collaborate and support key commercial functions, through professional, dynamic and data driven conversations.
What to expect from the role
1. Work closely with all departments to collate relevant data and insights for the ANZ business.
2. Have an in-depth understanding of our current customers, who they are and how they behave.
3. Have an in-depth understanding of our target consumers and long-term brand strategy.
4. Conduct continuous analysis of the business and wider market to make informed recommendations to the wider team.
5. Connect the dots between strategy and performance, guiding the marketing team on potential optimisations.
6. Work closely with the Media Planner to support strategy and budget planning across our Paid Media channels.
7. Work closely with the Finance, Ecom, Sales and Merchandising teams to understand performance across all relevant KPIs.
8. Develop strong relationships with our Global teams to ensure we’re using data from all potential sources, and put ANZ on the roadmap for any studies/tests.
9. Make and maintain good relationships with external partners and work with them on any relevant market research.
10. Produce and present regular reports to support key decision making, campaign and promotional planning.
11. Support the marketing team in evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns to inform future ones.
About You
In order to be considered, you must demonstrate the following:
12. 3 years’ experience in an analyst role, ideally within the retail sector.
13. Strong experience working with data and building data-led recommendations.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Highly organised, with an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan and prioritise short and long-term tasks effectively.
16. Experience using key platforms such as Power BI, Adobe.
17. The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of raw data and information.
18. Enthusiasm, positive approach, energy and passion for marketing.
